Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Daily schedule : 3 days per week; flexible scheduling depending on patient load

Practice setting : Skilled Nursing Facilities

Types of cases : 25% skilled patients / recent discharges from an acute care facility; 75% LTAC patients; post-acute care services for recovery and transition from acute care to post-acute care

Number of patients : 15 per day (between 2 facilities located 30 minutes apart)

Ages : Adults

Requirements : MA License, BLS, DEA, CSR, Medicare / Medicaid Numbers, Peer Reference, Clean NPDB

Additional information : Emergency Privileges available within 3 days; established group with amazing providers; practice location offers travel along the beautiful South Shore Coast of Massachusetts
