Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve issues related to compensation program development and administration
Provide consultative support on job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity
Lead the administration of short-term incentive programs and ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, preferably in a global corporate setting
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in various compensation practice areas, including incentive compensation
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly
