Weekend and Evening Caregivers Needed

Duties

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Provide medication reminders when appropriate.

Monitor patients’ health by checking vital signs and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.

Support clients with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting when necessary.

Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, including memory care exercises.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by following hygiene protocols.

Work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

1 yr of proven experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.

Certification in CPR / First aid is highly desirable.

Experience working with older adults.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Ability to perform lifting as required by client needs.

A commitment to maintaining a clean environment and adhering to safety protocols.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.

Valid drivers license and auto insurance.

Shifts and Hours to be filled :

Weekends and evenings. Additional hours can be added upon request.
