Our BMW Westlake dealership in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Paul Rusnak Management (PRM) / Rusnak Group (the Company) by guaranteeing that the highest ethical standards and legal compliance in finance transactions are upheld, while achieving individual and franchise sales objectives in the strategic plan.

  • Effectively and efficiently manages finance processes; ensuring legal compliance, accuracy, fair treatment
  • Ensures integrity of transactions
  • Effectively and efficiently contributes to achieving strategic goals
  • Designs and achieves individual goals

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent; two (2) years' related and progressively responsible automotive retailer or finance manager experience preferred.
  • License Required : Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
  • License Required : Current California Sales License.
  • Successful completion of finance training.

    • Degree / Diploma

    Bachelor's Degree : Business Administration, Finance, Marketing Required

    Licenses Required

    Valid CA Driver License, Valid CA Sales License
