Job Description

The Corporate Strategy and Development team works across Avery Dennison to define long term strategies and bring companies, technology, and talent into the company through mergers and acquisitions. The team is responsible for developing and informing the company's strategy by identifying industry trends, and deep market and competitive analysis, as well as sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and executing impactful acquisitions. A key part of the team's value is building and maintaining relationships with potential targets, startups, VCs and bankers. You will work with senior leaders in the team and across the enterprise.

You will :

• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to assess business strategies and identify acquisition and investment opportunities that accelerate Avery Dennison's profitable growth strategies.
• Conduct rigorous market / competitive analysis and valuation / modeling work to provide detailed guidance and insight regarding new spaces to enter and potential acquisitions.
• Support due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 / year.

The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
