Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Med / Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care on a medical-surgical telemetry unit, demonstrating strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Deliver safe and effective patient care in a Med / Surg Telemetry setting.

Monitor, assess, and record patients’ vital signs and telemetry readings.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Float to other Med / Surg Tele units as needed.

Required Qualifications :

Active RN license (state-specific or compact).

BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required.

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required.

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Epic EMR experience

preferred.

Float experience

within Med / Surg Tele units preferred.

Schedule Details : ~12-hour day shifts.

~36 hours per week.

~ Every other weekend rotation required.
