Our client, an exciting apparel brand is looking to hire experienced and hands-on Operations Manager ! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting all facets of operations - from retail and e-commerce to wholesale and IT systems - helping keep the business running smoothly and efficiently.
Schedule : Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote Fridays
Compensation : $36-38 / hr.
Employment Type : Contract (Maternity Leave Cover, Potential to Go Permanent)
What You'll Do :
Operations & Process Management
- Define and improve workflows, SOPs, and internal processes
- Manage daily operations, projects, and cross-functional communication
- Support inventory management and back-of-house operations
- Identify ways to streamline processes and boost efficiency
- Handle employee system access, onboarding / offboarding, and office operations
