Job Description
The Corporate Strategy Lead Consultant provide staff assistance to the corporate strategy director and department in the development, measurement and execution of sound strategies to achieve desired results in projects. This position may be responsible to be a leading expert on corporate strategy execution as well as oversee the Data, Analysis and Communication functions of the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and plan analysis for market, trend, customer, channel and competitive assessments
Lead complex analyses of financial modeling, including forecasting
Leads complex discrete analyses to support project work streams
Lead analyses in support of business unit strategic development
Work with interdisciplinary teams across the company to drive results and develop solutions
Manage detailed valuation models
Lead and plan analysis support for target assessment
Support discrete elements of strategic due diligence process
Facilitate communication between internal groups to achieve internal alignment
Develop relationships with third parties including research and consulting firms
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does not have supervisory duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (Preferred)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (Preferred)
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Strong quantitative and analytic skills
Advance modeling skills, with ability to direct others in complex tasks and review work products
Ability to synthesize complex data
Ability to synthesize quantitative work and present ideas to team
Developing ability to structure documents to effectively communicate with senior management
Experience with insurance or other financial institutions preferred
Ability to quickly master concepts required
Ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines
Developing leadership skills with ability to partner with, inspire trust and influence cross functional teams, and direct reports

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $78,600.00 - 142,275.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
