Location :

Remote, with preference for candidates in the DC Metro region or Mid-Atlantic area

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts

Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into business performance

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in variance analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to support strategic initiatives

Prepare data and materials for internal reviews, leadership meetings, and investor updates

Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)

Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Experience with financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tableau) is a plus but not required
