Job Description for Cook

Cook will prepare food according to resident diet specifications under the direction of Dietary Supervisor

Abide by all facility dietary procedures and sanitary regulations

Qualifications for Cook

1yr cooking experience for sizable amount of people; preferably in a long term or institutional setting

Ability to quantify recipes to support the entirety of the facility

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Service mentality and a thirst for learning

Positive Can-Do Attitude
