Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess certifications in AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code and demonstrate proficiency in the 3G (Vertical) position. This role involves welding, cutting, and fabricating metal components while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG welding techniques in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct and assemble components.
• Execute welding operations in the 3G vertical position and ensure compliance with AWS D1.1 standards.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment, ensuring all tools are in safe working condition.
• Measure, cut, and shape metal materials using a variety of tools, such as grinders, torches, and saws.
• Conduct quality control checks on welds to ensure structural integrity and visual standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
