Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. Other Accredited Program : Diploma in Nursing or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred) (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (Preferred) Knowledge of nursing process and practice required. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices required. 1 year of RN experience required. Labor, delivery, recovery and post-partum experience strongly preferred. This is a full time, night shift position. On call required. RNs will be cross trained to all areas of the department. Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio required and Basic Life Support (BLS) Required or must be obtained during nursing orientation Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Adult and Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be required based on clinical area standards.
