Topsider Building Systems, Inc., upscale post & beam design and prefabrication firm seeks an individual to oversee project estimating, take-offs, and purchasing.

Education

  • Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction estimating and purchasing as a GC or project manager.
  • Estimator, buyer, or direct involvement in builder or contractor material sales, having performed take-offs and purchasing.

    • Qualifications

  • Must be highly computer literate, especially with Excel, and possess excellent familiarity with residential building materials.

    • Compensation

    From $60k to start based on qualifications and experience.
