Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service and parts department
• Hire, train, and supervise service technicians, advisors, and parts staff

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to staff
• Monitor department expenses and ensure they stay within budget
• Create and maintain schedules for service technicians and parts staff
• Ensure all service and parts orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with the sales department to promote and sell additional services and products to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized service and parts department
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
