Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse at FULL CIRCLE ADULT DAY CENTER INC., located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult day center participants. Day-to-day tasks include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, providing wound care, and documenting patient information. The Licensed Practical Nurse will also collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care is delivered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) credentials
• Skills in administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
• Experience with assisting in personal hygiene and basic healthcare needs
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic approach to care
• Experience in an adult day care or similar healthcare setting is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
• Management Experience
