Have active credentials (EA, CPA, or Attorney) and a minimum of 2 years of paid tax experience. Possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) . Willing to work a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location. Excited to build a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert. Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus! Passionate about empowering customers and simplifying tax complexities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your customer portfolio. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software. As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Expert, you will :
- Provide Expert Tax Services : Use your tax knowledge to assist clients with everything from simple W2 filings to complex business income scenarios.
- Engage with the Community : Build lasting relationships and grow TurboTax’s client base by being the local face of TurboTax.
- Educate and Empower : Host events and create accessible content to demystify taxes for your community.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences : Ensure every interaction is professional and focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals.
