Description

Our brand new, 15-bed, mental health facility crisis residential program is located in Orangevale, Ca. Our inpatient facility serves voluntary clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff.

Positions Available :

  • full time

For Full-Time ACSW, AMFT or APCC we offer :

  • group and individual toward licensure.
  • Associates are able to claim their full 32-40 hour workweek toward their licensure

    • Essential Functions as an Associate Therapist :

  • Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clients
  • Assesses and monitors clients’ behaviors while in treatment.
  • Works as a team member with other professionals
  • Participates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferences
  • Conducts individual , family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relatives
  • Participates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agencies
  • Prepares verbal, written, and statistical reports
  • Attends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issues
  • Operates a personal computer and other office equipment
  • Communicates effectively with others in person and over the telephone
  • Analyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responses
  • Perform job duties under stressful conditions
  • May be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilities

    • Education and minimum qualification :

  • Must possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling
  • Must be registered with an associate number with the Board of Behavioral Sciences

    • Preferred :

  • Driver's License

    Salary : $68,162- $100,152 (This salary range is for 40 hours per week)
