Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Operating Room RN for a travel assignment at a high-acuity facility. This role requires an experienced nurse with strong scrub and circulate skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures.

Assist in a variety of surgical specialties, including Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery.

Utilize strong scrub and circulate skills to support the surgical team.

Participate in mandatory float assignments to support OR needs across different departments.

Required Experience :

Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in the OR

Level 1 Trauma Center experience

Strong scrub and circulate skills

Proficiency in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery

Preferred Experience (Highly Valued) :

Neurosurgery (Craniotomy & Spine)

Open Heart / Thoracic

Ophthalmology

ENT

Bariatric

Gynecology

Certifications Required :

BLS – American Heart Association
