As a Security Officer - Residential Front Desk Patrol in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a welcoming presence and exceptional customer service. Your role involves monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting with inquiries to help maintain a secure environment. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
