1. Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.

2. Manage all aspects of trust administration, including the preparation of trust accounts, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.

3. Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate planning and trust administration.

4. Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement effective estate planning strategies.

Job Details

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.

3. Licensed to practice law in California

4. Proven track record of drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
