Design Tech International Associates Inc is looking for Professional Architects with 8+ years’ experience post-graduation with a technical background and capabilities to join the team in Miami Lakes Offices. Applicants must be well versed in Multi-Family, Medical Buildings, K-12 and higher education, corporate office & commercial.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Proactively manage design intent, client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
  • Prepare Estimate fees, confirm scopes of work, and prepare proposals.
  • Prepare Project Management Plan and Quality Control Plan for all assigned projects.
  • Coordinate as necessary with the engineers and consultants to ensure project established deadlines are met.
  • Works on multiple projects to meet high standards, scheduling, and deadlines.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
  • Must be able to demonstrate building construction technical experience.
  • Understanding of Florida Building Code requirements and related zoning codes.
  • Proficiency in understanding and coordinating architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, Revit, Microsoft Office, 3D Modeling Software
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and writing
