We’re urgently hiring  Bilingual (English / Spanish) Packer & Production Workers  for a fast-paced  bakery facility in Escondido, CA . This  full-time, temp-to-hire  opportunity offers both  day and night shifts , Monday through Saturday. You’ll rotate through multiple production areas such as  Packing, Depositing, De-panning, Icing, and Cleaning , playing a key role in preparing and packaging high-quality baked goods. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Package, box, and organize baked products on the production line
• Load / unload molds and remove / de-pan finished goods
• Operate in oven and rail-line areas as part of the rotation
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety protocols
• Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals
