Position Highlights :
- Schedule : 4.5-day workweek (Monday'Friday, 8AM'5PM); flexible options available
- No weekends or major holidays
- Patient Load : 2 new or 3 established patients per hour
- Call : Very light, phone-only
- Focus : Adult patients ' chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive services
