Compensation

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,570 - $1,680 per week

Registered Nurse Job Details

Location : Mount Clemens, Michigan (48043) – Detroit Metro area

Healthcare Setting : Float Pool, Clinical Support Services

Unit Coverage : Telemetry, CSU, 3 South, 4 South, Med Surg (3 West, 4 West, IPR)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts; 3 shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)

Contract Duration : 13-week travel nursing contract (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025, End : 2 / 9 / 2026)

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Holiday Requirement : Must be available to work holidays

Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience in Telemetry or Med Surg (required)

At least 1 prior travel nursing assignment completed (required)

Active Michigan Registered Nurse license (required; verification needed)

BLS certification (required)

ACLS certification (preferred for telemetry nursing jobs)

Paragon EMR experience (highly preferred)

Current skills checklist for RN specialties (completed within one year)

Ability to float between Telemetry and Medical Surgical units as needed

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process in a telemetry and med surg setting

Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients

Plan and implement individualized patient care for diverse populations

Make appropriate clinical interventions based on patient assessments

Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans as needed

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards

Direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to promote patient- and family-centered care

Maintain responsibility for quality patient care, satisfaction, and ongoing professional development
