QA Engineer
Location : Dublin, OH
5 DAYS ONSITE
Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text (STT) and generative voice AI technologies such as Google, SoundHound, ElevenLabs, MirrorFly, and ChatGPT etc
Skilled in creating test cases, logging defects, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation
Solid understanding of Agile software development and active participation in scrum ceremonies
Provide QA input during backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
Experience with Smoke, Functional, and Regression testing
Identify and document test scenarios and conditions; execute test cases across integrated systems
Proficient in using Jira or similar tools for test management and defect tracking
Strong knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, preferably NCR Aloha suite (Aloha QS, ATO, KVS, ATG, receipt printers, etc)
Collaborate with development teams to plan, implement, and monitor end-to-end testing activities
Conduct failure analysis and provide consistent testing status updates to teams and leadership
Ensure engineering teams deliver quality products that meet defined business requirements
An Individual who has excellent written and oral communication skills (Clear verbal skills to run tests against Voice AI systems)
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Strong troubleshooting and issue analysis capabilities across platforms and technologies
Proactively manage timelines, minimize disruptions, and escalate risks when necessary
Adapt to evolving procedures, environments, and QA tools with flexibility and resilience
Drive progress by facilitating decisions and removing blockers to maintain momentum
Work closely with development teams to replicate and resolve issues efficiently
Operate independently and collaboratively, seeking guidance when needed
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicating results to stakeholders for release readiness
