Description : Overview :
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and support daily living activities to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Monitor residents conditions and assess their needs to deliver optimal care.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform routine charting in accordance with established documentation policies.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants in daily care activities.
