Responsibilities

5+ years defendinginsurance clients in court, litigating coverage issues, and defending carriers

Take and defend depositions

Draft and argue dispositive motions

Attend hearings, mediations, and trials

Perform legal research and provide case law analysis

Prepare pleadings and correspondence

Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel

Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients

Qualifications

An active member of the California Bar
