Employment Type : Full-time, Part-time or Per Diem

Pay Range : $45.00 - $70.00

Physical Therapist Responsibilities :

Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.
Provide physical therapy services, including exercises and manual therapy.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
Returns the individual to an optimum and productive level within the patient's capabilities.

Physical Therapy Requirements :

Active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts.

1-2 years of experience in physical therapy.

1 year of experience in home health.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
