Bilingual Inside Sales Professional (Intake Specialist)

If you're a Presidents Club Winner, Sales Rep of the Year or multiple time Sales Rep of the Month looking to take your career to the next level we need to talk!! We're The Amaro Law Firm, a well-established and nationally recognized Plaintiff's law firm in Houston, Texas. Our firm has been helping the injured and wronged for over 20+ years in personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation. We are looking for a top-performing inside sales professional who is bilingual in Spanish / English to join our dynamic team. You'll use your persuasive communication skills and sales techniques to convert Potential New Clients (PNC's) into Clients while serving as the crucial first point of contact for our firm.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify new PNC's, through inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and email correspondence.
  • Driving client sign up's by converting PNC's into signed clients through consultative techniques on the 1st call.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs while maintaining detailed tracking in our case management system (Needles)
  • Conduct needs-based consultations with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Build immediate rapport with potential clients through active listening and empathetic communication
  • Navigating objections effectively and converting leads to clients with confidence, empathy, and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH / ENGLISH
  • Inside sales experience IS REQUIRED with expertise in managing both outbound and inbound calls to first call close.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets with at least 2 years of inside sales experience
  • Experience with consultative selling and demonstrable closing abilities
  • Professional sales training background (e.g., PSS, SPIN, Dale Carnegie, Sandler) highly valued
  • Familiarity with data-driven sales approaches
  • Exceptional phone presence with the ability to build immediate rapport
  • Self-starter mentality with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Resilient attitude with the ability to maintain enthusiasm as well as empathy throughout the intake process
  • Received awards and recognition such as Presidents Club, Rep of the Month, and Top Closer. You can show us your trophies, certificates and awards.
  • Our office hours are 8 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday, and we are looking for someone who can work a full 8-hour shift during those times. There are some "on call" after hours & weekend hours that would be required, but you are not required to be in the office. You carry a firm cell phone with you to respond to leads.

    Competitive compensation based upon your Inside Sales experience and prior demonstrated success. This position does include an Annual Performance Bonus and monthly performance bonuses based on new client acquisition and 5-Star reviews by happy clients.
