Seeking an Probate Litigation & Trust Attorney to join our team. This role requires strong litigation skills, excellent analytical ability, and the capacity to handle emotionally sensitive matters with professionalism. You will represent clients in probate and trust disputes, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and trust modifications.

We are looking for a candidate with significant probate litigation experience, a strong understanding of trust and estate law, and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities :

Represent clients in probate and trust litigation matters, including will contests, fiduciary disputes, and trust modifications

Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery requests / responses

Conduct legal research and analyze complex factual and legal issues

Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and court hearings

Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to advance case strategy

Maintain timely communication with clients and provide strategic legal advice

Manage deadlines, case files, and trial preparation with attention to detail

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

Active member of the California Bar Association in good standing

Minimum of 3 years' experience in probate litigation and trust law

Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills

Excellent written and oral communication abilities

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex matters
