GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Patient Registration Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Registration Department. This role ensures efficient workflows and maintains high standards of operational excellence. As a key leader in front-end services, the manager plays a critical role in shaping first impressions and enhancing the overall experience for patients, families, visitors, and guests.

• EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous patient registration experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with electronic medical records required, EPIC specifically preferred.
• Proficient communication, attention to detail and ability to write legibly required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a lead or supervisor over a respective functional area and personnel.
