Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will elevate the standard of care by providing clinical expertise and compassionate support. In our Behavioral Health program, you will :

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, ensuring readiness for participation.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed staff within your scope of practice.
  • Participate in treatment team conferences to refine goals and interventions.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately.
  • Offer education and emotional support tailored to each patient's needs.

    • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current State RN licensure (required within 90 days of graduation or active license).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • BLS certification upon hire.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred, especially in inpatient psychiatric settings.
  • Basic computer skills.
