Superior Home Products, a Wentzville based manufacturer / distributor of cultured marble bath products, custom mirrors, shower enclosures & closet shelving since 1984, is seeking a motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable full time Customer Service / Sales Assistant . The position is a full-time position with day shift hours.
Primary responsibilities for the ideal candidate include :
- Sales support to dedicated sale staff and their set account customer base
- Answer incoming calls, monitor order status and initiate calls to schedule delivery and installation
- Analyze daily schedules and confirm or revise dates as needed
- Maintain work schedules according to dictated published schedules from Builders
- Coordinate collection of COD shipments as needed
- Other various office support tasks
