Job Title : Hardware Qualification Engineer – Avionics Systems

As a Hardware Qualification Engineer, you will contribute to the development and sustainment of advanced avionics products by planning, executing, and documenting Qualification and Verification tests. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about hardware engineering and regulatory compliance in aerospace environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute Environmental and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Qualification tests on avionics hardware.
- Prepare detailed test reports to support regulatory compliance and product certification.
- Assist in product certification processes for customer and regulatory body acceptance (e.g., FAA).
- Identify and communicate non-compliance issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize computer-aided engineering and design tools for test planning and documentation.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in hardware or product engineering.Hands-on experience with Environmental and / or EMI testing for avionics product qualification.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with industry standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810.Basic understanding of electronic display technologies and principles.Knowledge of hardware engineering standards and specifications.Experience in hardware verification testing and optical evaluation instrumentation.Ability to apply engineering techniques to optimize product design and performance.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Pay range : $55.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr
