TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time, Denver-based Salesforce Administrator. This role requires in-office attendance.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review, validate, and process weekly / monthly reports from resellers, submitted orders, opportunities, and commission reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor system performance, implement updates and patches, optimize storage, and document configurations and troubleshooting guides.
• Build and maintain workflow rules, approval processes, and automation using Flows, Rollup Helper, and other tools to streamline business operations.
• Customize Salesforce with custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to align with evolving business needs.
• Provide day-to-day user support by managing Salesforce cases, troubleshooting issues, and implementing proactive solutions to reduce recurring problems.
• Ensure data quality by performing audits, deduplication, data cleansing, and enforcing governance policies across all records.
• Manage data imports and exports, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ to support approvals, quoting, pricing accuracy, and reporting, ensuring compliance with business strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to refine processes, gather requirements, and implement system improvements that align with company goals.
• Provide CPQ training and user support through hands-on sessions, self-service materials, and ongoing assistance to improve adoption and efficiency.

Reporting to the Director of RevOps, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with extensive CPQ experience and preferably at least a 201-certification, to further enhance how Kharon leverages data to drive strategic decision-making and join us as we work to shape the way businesses perceive and navigate global risks.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $125,000-$140,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package
