Your Role :

As the Quality Assurance Team Leader, you will :

Oversee product sampling, sanitation records, label compliance, and quality metrics.

Coordinate with the Quality Manager to maintain HACCP plans and environmental sampling programs.

Drive compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards and ensure audit readiness.

Maintain thorough quality and sanitation manuals and conduct training for all plant personnel.

Assist in the execution of Food Safety and Quality policies, supporting a culture of excellence.

Lead the evaluation and resolution of consumer complaints and oversee quality control processes.

Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to meet corporate quality standards.

Provide leadership and foster strong relationships across all departments.

Qualifications :

A 4-year degree is preferred, ideally in Food Science or a related field (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology).

At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Experience with sanitation programs and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make timely, effective decisions.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.

Solid problem-solving and project management capabilities.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in both independent and team settings.
