In this role, you will be responsible for the executing the organization’s HR initiatives by developing and implementing impactful action plans in response to the cyclical nature of our business.

This role works closely in collaboration with our business partners and our Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage the full suite of resources to support the evolving needs of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and make recommendations toward the continuous improvement.

Master's Degree preferred.

Provide options and ability to influence organizational direction.

Builds trusting and collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR team.
