Position Overview :

Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to support children with Autism in building communication, social, and daily living skills while decreasing challenging behaviors. Services are delivered in clinic and / or home environments under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities :

• Follow treatment plans and behavior strategies written by a BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Communicate session outcomes to the BCBA and family.
• Provide compassionate and consistent client care.
• Travel to assigned client locations (for in-home services).
