Clinical Pharmacy Manager - Ambulatory

Job Description

The Clinical Pharmacy Manager - Ambulatory provides leadership and strategic oversight for ambulatory pharmacy services across Montefiore Medical Center. This role is responsible for guiding the clinical, operational, and programmatic direction of pharmacist-led services, including Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM) programs, outpatient clinics, and telehealth initiatives, to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the ambulatory care continuum.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Director of Clinical and Educational Pharmacy Services and supervising two ambulatory clinical pharmacists, the Clinical Pharmacy Manager is accountable for optimizing pharmacotherapy outcomes, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring staff, supporting innovation in ambulatory care models, and using performance data to drive quality improvement and program growth.

Education & Licensure Requirements :

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required
• Active license to practice pharmacy in the State of New York
• Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or equivalent certification preferred
• Eligible for credentialing as an Allied Health Professional

Location : 100 Corporate Drive, Yonkers NY 10701

Work schedule : 8 : 30AM – 5 : 00PM Monday - Friday

Salary : $152,000 - $190,000

Travel : Occasional travel to other Montefiore Medical Center sites may be required.
