A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters
Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies
Oversee Caregiver Relations work, provide mentorship, and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in multi-state locations
8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and ADAAA
Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire preferred
