As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned hospital areas to help create a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the location to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This role involves interacting with a diverse community in a dynamic environment and requires driving responsibilities. What You'll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities
Provide customer service at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences observed during patrols.Communicate promptly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.Follow all Allied Universal guidelines and site-specific instructions while performing assigned duties in the healthcare setting.What We're Looking For
