Patient Accounting Coordinator 1
The Patient Accounting Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of patient billing and collection processing in compliance with departmental policies and procedures. The position involves payment posting, cash reconciliation, refund / credit processing, insurance follow up, customer service in a call center setting, self pay collections, or claim submission.
Required Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED. PC Knowledge and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment.
