About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse (RN)

Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night Shift

Hours per Shift : 12 hours (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of previous ICU or PCU RN experience.

License : Valid state nursing license

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS

Must-Have :

• Comfortable floating between ICU, PCU, and Med Surg
• Completion of at least 1 travel contract

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Qualified candidates should be prepared to receive a call.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler will be asked to float to various units throughout the facility, including PCU, ICU, and occasionally to Med Surg.

The nurse to patient ratio for ICU is 2 : 1, while for PCU it is 3 : 1.

Travellers are required to work during winter holidays, with specific limitations on days off.

A supervisory reference is required at the time of submission.

Proof of taxable address is needed to verify bill rate in accordance with local traveler policy.
