Sleep Medicine Physician

The Jefferson Sleep Disorders Center and Jefferson Sleep Medicine Network at the Vickie & Jack Farber Institute for Neuroscience at Thomas Jefferson University are now accepting applications for a full-time physician with specialty training in sleep medicine at the associate professor or professor academic level. Applicants must have :

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified in sleep medicine and in a primary qualifying specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties.
• A minimum of seven to ten years of clinical practice in an AASM-accredited sleep medicine setting
• A minimum of seven years in a complex medical leadership role, preferably in sleep medicine
• Experience within an academic or teaching setting, are required.

Primary responsibility for the position :

The position reports to the President / CEO of the Farber Institute for Neuroscience and Senior Vice President of Jefferson Enterprise in Neuroscience. Academic reporting is to the Chair of the academic department representing the candidate s host discipline.
