Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruiting function to ensure alignment with organizational goals and staffing needs
Direct and support a team of recruiters in high-volume recruitment efforts and manage critical leadership roles
Develop and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and maintain compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong track record in sourcing and hiring for various roles, including hourly and managerial positions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
