Your goal is to return units to production quickly and with high quality, maximize fleet uptime, keep accurate CRM records and repair reports, and follow ESD and safety standards.
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose faults on hashboards and control boards at the component level
- Perform BGA rework and SMD soldering
- Identify chip failures and power-rail issues on boards
- Replace or repair hashboard power circuits
- Repair control boards and restore firmware where needed
- Configure and bring up equipment after repair
- Maintain CRM records and complete repair reports
