• Work in the Rehabilitation Division.
• Provide patient-centered physical therapy care in a long-term acute care hospital setting.

• Perform patient assessments and document patient progress using the facility's electronic medical record system.
• May be required to float to other units as needed.
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code policies.
• Ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to professional standards and ethical practice.
