EHS Waste Management Program Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated EHS Waste Management Program Specialist to oversee and enhance our environmental health and safety protocols. This role involves maintaining records of hazardous waste discharge, evaluating technical projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of employee exposure to hazardous waste and pollutants.
- Evaluate ongoing technical projects and implement hazardous waste management solutions.
- Inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Develop and implement inspection policies and procedures, including routine inspection schedules.
- Develop health and safety procedures for all company areas.
- Prepare and schedule training sessions on emergency procedures, site plans, and workplace safety.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures.
- Draft inspection reports to document findings.
- Ensure material safety data sheets are maintained and accessible.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field required.Master's degree is desirable.5+ years of related experience preferred.Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00 / hr.
