Position Summary

This position is responsible for the overall operations of the assigned physician practice(s). Ensures services are delivered in an effective, efficient, and customer-oriented manner and in accordance with all federal, state, local, and accrediting agencies' regulations, requirements, and standards.

Job Duties :

• Actively directs the strategic, volume growth, and marketing efforts of the practice.
• Ensure that the practice is providing a high level of customer service that is supportive of organization's Service Excellence Standards as well as provides a high quality of patient care.
• Works collaboratively with the physicians and providers to develop and maintain a culture of professionalism, mutual trust, and respect.
• Manages staffing in a financially responsible manner and in accordance with budgetary requirements.

Qualifications

Education Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training and Travel

Previous experience with physician office management and practices required. Knowledge of operations of a physician practice required. Previous supervisory experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field preferred.
