Job Title : Product Support Engineer (Level 2)
Location : Los Angeles
Compensation : $85,000 – $95,000 annually (depending on experience)
About the Role
As a Product Support Engineer on SprintRay's Product Care team, you'll play a key role in improving the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our products and operations. This is a mid-level, hands-on engineering role designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll work across hardware, software, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive process improvements, analyze product performance, and help shape future product designs for serviceability and long-term reliability.
This position is ideal for a mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineer with strong problem-solving skills who wants exposure to product lifecycle engineering, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
